Mumbai, Mar 27: The makers of Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, are set to begin global promotions in the United States as the film gears up for its Diwali 2026 release.

According to reports, the promotional campaign will commence after the unveiling of the film’s poster and teaser. Lead actor Ranbir Kapoor, along with Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra, is expected to participate in a media interaction event in the US later this month. The event is likely to showcase exclusive glimpses of the ambitious project.

The film, which also stars Sai Pallavi and Yash in key roles, marks the first part of a two-part epic. Reports suggest that more promotional events are being planned across the US, with possible participation at major platforms such as Comic-Con to reach a global audience.

Adding to the buzz, the film’s music will be composed by internationally acclaimed musicians Hans Zimmer and A. R. Rahman.

The cast also includes Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, while Ranbir Kapoor will portray Lord Rama.

Mounted on a massive budget, Ramayana has already generated significant anticipation, though the makers are yet to release the official first look of the characters. The first part is slated for a Diwali 2026 release, with the sequel expected in Diwali 2027.
