Panaji, Mar 23: The Additional Sessions Court in Mapusa has granted bail to Ajay Gupta, the main accused in the Birch Fire Tragedy case.

As per the chargesheet submitted by Anjuna Police, Gupta has been identified as the primary accused in connection with the incident and is listed as accused number one.

The case pertains to the Birch Fire Tragedy, which had drawn significant attention, with investigations focusing on the circumstances leading to the fire and the alleged role of those involved.
