Mangaluru, Mar 21: St Agnes School CBSE organized an enriching workshop on institutional planning, service learning, and action research for the teachers on March 13 and 14. The session aimed at helping educators understand the importance of effective planning and reflective practices in strengthening the quality of education and institutional growth. The workshop was conducted at St Agnes School CBSE in the presence of the management, sisters, and teaching staff.
The programme began with a prayer led by Sr Meena and teacher Shobha, invoking God’s blessings for the success of the workshop and for the fruitful learning of all the participants. Tr Raina Coelho warmly welcomed the gathering and introduced the esteemed resource person, Dr Sr M Clare AC, highlighting her vast experience in teacher education and her valuable contributions during NAAC processes.

Speaking about action research, Dr Sr Clare encouraged teachers to reflect on their classroom practices, identify challenges, and find practical solutions through systematic observation and research. She reminded the teachers that educators play a vital role not only in imparting knowledge but also in shaping responsible and compassionate individuals. Through her clear explanations, practical examples, and inspiring thoughts, she helped the participants understand how these practices contribute to effective teaching and institutional development.

The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Tr Daphne, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the resource person, the management, the Sisters, and all those who contributed to the successful conduct of the workshop.
