New Delhi, Mar 11: Air India Express has announced change and cancellation waivers for passengers with valid bookings to and from the Gulf region amid ongoing travel disruptions.
According to the airline, guests who made bookings on or before February 28, 2026 for travel until March 31, 2026 are eligible for the waiver benefits.
Passengers can reschedule their journey without paying any change fee or opt to cancel their ticket and receive a full refund.
The airline advised travellers who receive an “IMPORTANT UPDATE” regarding impacted flights to visit the ‘Manage Booking’ section on the official Air India Express website to process changes or cancellations.
Passengers can also seek assistance through the airline’s customer support by using the #ChatWithTia service on WhatsApp at +91 63600 12345.
