Mangaluru: Milagres Central School organizes psychoeducation programme on study habits

Mangaluru, Feb 21: Milagres Central School organized a psychoeducation session on study habits for grade 7 and 8 students, conducted by trainees from School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya.

Students learned effective study techniques, time management, Study habits by identifying what is importance and urgent, concentration skills, and note-taking methods to enhance daily learning.

The interactive session included practical exercises and tips for creating study schedules. All participants benefited from the engaging and informative workshop.
