Mumbai, Feb 20: After juggling multiple high-profile projects, actor Shahid Kapoor has revealed that a vacation tops his to-do list once he wraps up his current work commitments.

During a recent “Ask Me Anything” session on Instagram, a fan asked what he plans to do after completing Farzi 2 and Cocktail 2. Shahid responded with a succinct and enthusiastic reply: “Holiday!!!” — making it clear that he is looking forward to some downtime.

On the professional front, Shahid is preparing for the second season of Farzi, the hit crime thriller created by filmmaker duo Raj & DK. The first season marked his digital debut and featured a strong ensemble cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon, Raashii Khanna and Bhuvan Arora. The series received widespread acclaim, with Shahid’s performance earning particular praise.

He is also set to headline Cocktail’s sequel, Cocktail 2. The original 2012 romantic drama starred Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty. The upcoming sequel will see Shahid sharing screen space with Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna. The film is reportedly being produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films.

Meanwhile, Shahid has been basking in appreciation for his recent release O Romeo, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and co-starring Triptii Dimri. Following the film’s release, the actor expressed heartfelt gratitude to Bhardwaj on social media, thanking the filmmaker for giving him another memorable character to add to his filmography. He also featured the track “Hum To Tere Hi Liye The” from O Romeo in his post as a tribute to the project.

With two major sequels lined up and a critically appreciated performance behind him, Shahid appears set for a packed schedule — before finally heading off on a well-earned holiday.
