New York, Feb 18: Veteran actress Madhavi, who rose to immense popularity in the 1980s with her remarkable performances in Kannada and other South Indian films, celebrated her 30th wedding anniversary in the United States in a grand and traditional manner.

The actress shared a video of the celebration on social media. In the video, Madhavi and her husband Ralph marked the milestone by applying mehendi, dressing up in traditional attire like newlyweds, and exchanging rings once again to commemorate the occasion.

The couple’s three daughters — Tiffany, Priscilla and Evelyn — were also part of the celebrations.

Madhavi won the hearts of Kannada audiences through her performances in several successful films. She acted alongside legendary stars such as Dr Rajkumar, Vishnuvardhan, Shankar Nag, Anant Nag and Ambareesh.

Apart from Kannada cinema, she also appeared in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi films, acting in over 200 movies during her career. She later stepped away from the film industry after marrying Ralph Sharma and settled in the United States.
