Srinivas University conducts guest talk on Soft Skills and Communication training programme

Mangaluru, Feb 9: On January 17, 2026, Srinivas Hospital, in collaboration with the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized in collaboration with the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized a Soft Skills and Communication training programme for the non-teaching staff of the Srinivas Hospital.

The resource person for the programme was Prof Elson Dsouza, assistant professor Institute of Shipping and Logistics Management, Srinivas University.

Beautiful session was conducted and assigned tasks that required teamwork, coordination, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. This programme was designed to enhance communication abilities, professional behaviour, and essential soft skills among the participants, particularly in healthcare and academic work environments.

This 2nd session was organized under the guidance of Dr David, medical superintendent, Srinivas Hospital, Prof. Joyson, Head of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, and Shwetha, HR, Srinivas Hospital. Prof. Ranjith Bhat, assistant professor,, were also present on the occasion. MSW students actively participated in organizing and coordinating the programme, contributing to its successful execution for the non-teaching staff of the Srinivas Hospital.
