Panaji, Jan 1: A tragic road accident claimed the life of a 27-year-old man from Yellapur in Karnataka after he met with a fatal mishap on the Manohar Bypass Highway in Canacona. The incident occurred while the youth was travelling along the highway, during which he reportedly lost control of his vehicle.

According to preliminary information, the vehicle veered off course, leading to a severe accident. The impact caused critical injuries to the rider. He was rushed for medical attention, but doctors declared him dead due to the seriousness of the injuries sustained.
