Salman Khan turns 60, thanks fans for love as bollywood joins grand birthday celebrations

Mumbai, Dec 29: Bollywood icon Salman Khan marked his 60th birthday with a heartfelt message of gratitude, acknowledging the immense love and warm wishes he received from fans and colleagues alike.

Sharing his thoughts on social media, the ‘Sultan’ star posted a candid photograph of himself and expressed appreciation for the outpouring of affection. “Thank u for all your love n good wishes means a lot god bless u all vit health n happiness,” he wrote. In the photo, Salman appeared relaxed and stylish, sporting a grey T-shirt, a trendy hat, and a clean-shaven look.

Salman celebrated the milestone on December 27 with a lavish party at his Panvel farmhouse, which saw the presence of several prominent names from the film industry and beyond. Among the guests were Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sangeeta Bijlani, Ramesh Taurani, Nikhil Dwivedi, Huma Qureshi, Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapur, and former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni.

Actor Aamir Khan attended the celebration with his girlfriend Gauri. Salman arrived with his parents, veteran writer Salim Khan and Salma Khan, along with his brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan, who was accompanied by his wife, Sshura Khan. Sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alvira Khan Agnihotri were also present, joined by younger family members including Arhaan Khan, Nirvaan Khan, Ahil, and Ayat.

The birthday also sparked an outpouring of tributes from across the film fraternity. Celebrities such as Karan Johar, Sanjay Dutt, Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, and several others took to social media to wish the actor good health, happiness, and a long life.

Adding a personal touch to the celebrations, Salman Khan was seen enjoying a leisurely motorcycle ride around his Panvel farmhouse on his birthday. Departing from his usual heavily armoured convoy, the actor opted for a more relaxed moment, with his security team discreetly following him as he took in the day.
