Mangaluru, Dec 29: Young author and ABVP member Reshel Bretny Fernandes, who has earned recognition at both international and national levels for her literary achievements, was honoured with the prestigious Desh Ratna Award 2025 at a grand ceremony held at Bharat Mandapam.
