Mangaluru, Dec 24: Rishel Fernandes, a young author and noted orator from Mangaluru, was felicitated by Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Prahlad Joshi, at his residence in Delhi. The felicitation coincided with the presentation of her latest book, highlighting her accomplishments in literature and public speaking.

An active member of the Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Fernandes has previously been recognised for her oratory skills in multiple forums across Karnataka and beyond. Her literary contributions, particularly in the youth and student segments, have earned her acclaim among peers and educators alike.
