Panaji, Dec 14: Goa chief minister on Sunday sought to reassure local taxi operators, underlining that open communication and mutual trust are key to resolving their concerns.

He claimed that some vested interests are trying to drive a wedge between the government and the taxi fraternity.

Emphasising the state government’s commitment to fairness and transparency, the Chief Minister said all genuine grievances would be addressed through discussion.

He appealed to taxi operators to stay united and avoid being influenced by forces that could undermine harmony.
