Mumbai, Dec 10: Adani Electricity has achieved a standout accomplishment by securing all 15 gold awards for the second year in a row at the 39th Annual Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts (CCQC-2025), hosted by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Mumbai Chapter, the company announced on Wednesday.
Teams from both the Transmission and Distribution wings of Adani Electricity impressed judges with their case study presentations, earning gold across every category they entered. The company said this unprecedented performance reflects the accelerating progress of its business excellence initiatives and resonates with the convention’s theme, “Quality Concepts for Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat.”

Seven Transmission teams and eight Distribution teams competed in a range of rigorous categories including Six Sigma, Quality Circle, Lean Quality Circle, and Kaizen. Their projects were recognised for high standards of innovation, operational impact, and overall quality, with evaluations conducted by expert judges following QCFI’s strict assessment framework.
A spokesperson for Adani Electricity said the clean sweep of gold awards highlights the organisation’s strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. “Winning 15 out of 15 gold awards for the second consecutive year is not just a recognition—it’s proof of the consistent dedication, commitment, and drive for excellence shown by our teams across all functions,” the spokesperson stated. He added that the achievement reinforces the company’s focus on operational excellence and innovation while motivating teams to keep raising the bar.
This year’s convention in Mumbai brought together 248 teams and more than 1,200 delegates from 40 major organisations, including BEL, JSW, CEAT, Mazagon Dock, Tata Steel, RCF, Mother Dairy, Sun Pharma, Deepak Fertilizer, the Indian Navy, NTPC, and Adani Electricity, among others.
