Drashti Dhami returns to fitness mode, shares inspiring workout journey

Daijiworld Media Network - Mumbai

Mumbai, Dec 6: Television favourite Drashti Dhami is back in her fitness groove, giving fans a glimpse of her renewed dedication to achieving her ideal physique.

The Dill Mill Gayye star shared a motivational video montage on Instagram, capturing snippets of her week-long workout routine—featuring weightlifting, strength drills, lunges, and several high-intensity exercises. She paired the post with the caption “Back in action” along with a weight-lifting emoji, signalling her return to a disciplined regime.

Drashti, also known for her role in Geet, frequently uses social media to share slices of her daily life with her followers.

Earlier in September, she celebrated her best friend Sanaya Irani’s birthday with a heartfelt (and slightly belated) message. Sharing a fun video of the duo adding a quirky twist to Shakira’s Waka Waka, Drashti penned an emotional note reflecting on new motherhood, friendship and the joy Sanaya brings into her life.

Sanaya responded with equal affection, joking about both of them being late to the birthday-wish party while reaffirming their lifelong bond.

Drashti and her husband Neeraj Khemka welcomed their first child—a baby girl named Leela—on October 22, 2024. Since then, Drashti’s social media feed has been filled with adorable glimpses of her journey as a new mom, capturing precious moments with little Leela.
