MIT Kundapur students win first place in Ideathon competition

Kundapur, Dec 6: Students from the department of information science engineering at MIT Kundapur recently brought laurels to the college by securing first place in the state-level Ideathon competition held at New Horizon Engineering College, Bengaluru.

The team comprising R Naveen Patil, Netravati, Yashaswini, Niharika, Meghashree and Shashank impressed the judges with their creative thinking, innovative ideas and technical skills and won the first prize of Rs 5000.

This achievement has been possible due to the hard work of the students under the guidance of the head of the department, Dr J Prakash. The college management and principal have congratulated the students and all the professors who coordinated for this achievement.
