Kaup, Dec 4: A tempo overturned on Thursday, December 4, near Ermal Tenka after a tyre burst, causing the driver to lose control and the vehicle to topple onto the road.
The tempo was transporting a load of rice from Koteshwara to Padubidre at the time of the incident.
During the incident, local social workers and residents, including Jalaluddin Jallu Ucchila, Junaid Ermal, Hameed Ucchila, and SDPIs from Ucchila, along with ambulance driver Abubakar Siddique and Ermal rickshaw drivers, helped safely unload the rice from the tempo, ensuring smooth traffic movement.
Officials from the NHAI and the Padubidre police station also assisted at the site.
