Mangaluru, Dec 2: St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) men's tug of war team has emerged as champions in the VTU Mangaluru division men’s tug of war tournament held at SCEM Adyar on November 27 under the guidance of physical education director (PED), Vaneesha V Rodrigues and assistant PED Sudheer M.
The winning squads featured talented players from UG & PG programmes namely Sohan Vikas Pinto (III sem AIML), Sanketh B Chowta (III sem ME), Mokshith P K (V sem ME), Yusuf Ibrahim Imaz (VII sem ME), Arman (VII sem ECE), Shakib Ahamad (VII sem ECE), Haravi Darshan (V sem CV), Raigon Anish (V sem CSE), Dhanush (III sem MCA) and Kevin Monteiro (III sem MBA).
The management of SJEC has congratulated the entire team and the physical education directors for this overwhelming achievement.
