New Delhi, Nov 20: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested four additional prime suspects in connection with the November 10 Delhi blast, raising the total number of arrests in the case to six.
The NIA identified the accused as:
• Dr. Muzammil Shakeel Ganai from Pulwama, J&K
• Dr. Adeel Ahmed Rather from Anantnag, J&K
• Mufti Irfan Ahmad Wagay from Shopian, J&K
• Dr. Shaheen Saeed from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

According to the NIA, the four were taken into custody in Srinagar under production orders from the District Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court. Investigators say all played a key role in the terror attack, which killed 13 people and injured 32 others.
Earlier, the NIA had arrested Amir Rashid Ali, in whose name the car used in the blast was registered, and Jasir Bilal Wani alias Danish, who reportedly provided technical support for the attack, including modifying drones and attempting to make rockets. Amir Rashid Ali was sent to 10 days of NIA custody by a Delhi court earlier this week.
The agency confirmed that interrogations of the latest arrests are ongoing as part of efforts to unravel the full terror conspiracy in case RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI.
The investigation, handed over to NIA by the Union Home Ministry soon after the attack, is being coordinated with state police forces to identify and apprehend all members of the terrorist module involved.
