Udupi: Sleeper bus crashes into hotel premises near Ontibettu

Udupi, Nov 19: In an early-morning incident near Ontibettu, a sleeper bus belonging to Durgamba Motors lost control and crashed into a hotel, a roadside eatery.

The bus was travelling from Udupi towards Hiriyadka when the driver reportedly lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and ram into the hotel compound. 

Following the impact, the bus tilted onto its side and remained lodged against the hotel structure.

    Sleeper bus?Slept already in the beginning itself?I see this bus has only single small tyres in front?Is it usual?Thank God noone got injured.

    Look at the roads unscientific unplanned. By these kind of roads we can not reach $5 tr economy nor we can achieve ‘Smart City’ title!?!?!?!?…..
