Karkala, Sep 29: As part of National Service Scheme (NSS) Day celebrations, a fire safety demonstration and awareness session was organized for NSS students at Christ King Pre-University College.
Albert Monis, officer from the Karkala Fire Station, served as the resource person and provided detailed information on various fire safety measures. Following the session, a live fire extinguishing demonstration was conducted in the college premises.
Fire station personnel, college principal, and faculty members were present on the occasion. The event concluded with a local environmental cleanliness drive undertaken by the NSS volunteers.
The programme was coordinated by the college NSS officers, commerce lecturer Sukanya and lecturer Deepak.
