Karkala, Sep 18: The Commerce and Management Association of Manjunatha Pai Memorial Government First Grade College, Karkala organised a session on “CA as a Career” on September 17. The resource person was CA Roy Sudeep D’Souza, an alumnus and a practicing chartered accountant from Karkala.

In his address, CA D’Souza mentioned about the growth of CA as a Career, different aspects connected to the course and encouraged the students as to what is required to take up CA as a career.

Prof Chandravathi, SWO and HoD of Commerce, MPM GFGC Karkala presided over the inaugural and gave a meaningful message.

Dr Sunitha Pereira, coordinator of Management Association welcomed the gathering, Rakshitha of III BBA proposed a vote of thanks, Harshitha of III BBA introduced the resource person and Shravya – III BBA compered the inaugural eloquently.

Faculty members from Commerce & Management departments were present during the programme. The programme was attended by around 85 students of BCom and BBA.
