South Goa, Sep 16: The South Goa District Magistrate has issued a corrigendum permitting six-wheeler transport vehicles to ply on the Anmod Ghat route.
Earlier notifications, issued on July 5 and extended on September 2, 2025, had restricted all heavy commercial vehicles on the ghat due to landslide risks.
To ease inconvenience for the public and goods transporters, District Magistrate Egna Cleetus has directed National Highway authorities to carry out restoration works, ensuring safe passage for six-wheeler vehicles.
