Mangaluru, Aug 11: St Aloysius Gonzaga School, Scout and Cub unit organised a 3-day stay camp from August 7 to 9 for the Cubs and Scouts students of the school at Pilikula District Training Centre, effectively led by scout master Sushmitha K S and cub master Shashikala.
The event featured inspiring addresses, heartfelt student reflections, and certificate distribution, marking a successful conclusion to three days of learning, adventure, and camaraderie.
The camp culminated in a vibrant valedictory ceremony on August 9, graced by Shakila Raj, vice president of Bharat Scouts and Guides – Mangalore North Local Association, along with resource persons Gurumurthy and Vinod Chevar.
The camp highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic education through scouting principles.
