Mumbai, Aug 9: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez has revealed her secret to staying fit and focused: tackling the hardest task first thing in the morning — a rigorous workout.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Jacqueline gave fans a sneak peek into her Saturday morning routine, sharing a mirror selfie from the gym dressed in blue athleisure.
“Always do the hardest thing first in the day. Work out time,” she captioned the post, reflecting her disciplined start to the day.

Beyond fitness, the actress has also been vocal about the growing need for mental wellness and self-care. Speaking at a recent event in Bhopal, the Kick star emphasized the pressures of modern life and the role of mindfulness in maintaining balance.
“Today's world is very stressful. In such a situation, mindfulness and meditation are very important. Whether you get 5 minutes, 10 minutes or half an hour — you should give it to yourself. This keeps the mind calm and the body healthy,” she said.
Jacqueline also shared how she nurtures a deep connection between her mind and body, adding,
“Both my body and soul are fit and strong. I am very spiritual.”
Currently, Jacqueline is basking in the spotlight following the release of “Housefull 5”, the latest installment of the comedy franchise. The film, which hit theatres on June 6, features a massive ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, and many more.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, the film centers around multiple imposters aboard a luxury cruise ship, all vying to inherit the fortune of a recently deceased billionaire.
The Housefull franchise began in 2010, with subsequent releases in 2012, 2016, and 2019, earning a reputation for over-the-top comedy and star-studded casts.
Up next, Jacqueline will appear in the highly anticipated action-comedy “Welcome to the Jungle”, directed by Ahmed Khan and slated for a grand theatrical release on December 20, just ahead of Christmas.
The film boasts one of the largest ensemble casts in Bollywood, including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, and many more. Produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala and presented by Base Industries Group, the film promises big-budget action and all-out entertainment.
With a packed calendar, Jacqueline continues to strike a balance between professional commitments, physical health, and spiritual well-being — proving she’s as much about inner strength as she is about screen presence.
