Mangaluru: St Agnes College organizes a soft-skill programme on time management

Mangaluru, Jul 29: The Department of Chemistry organized a soft-skill programme - ‘Unlocking Potential’ which focused on time management.

The programme began with Anvitha Shetty welcoming the gathering. A prayer song led by Rani Mariyal and group filled the room with a sense of calmness and peace. The resource person of the day was Carol Pais – an alumna of St Agnes College who is a renowned soft-skill trainer.

Carol Pais began the session by allocating the students into different groups and assigning them activities to boost their enthusiasm and build teamwork. Through various games and activities, the students were informed about topics ranging from stress reduction, procrastination, and most importantly, time management.

The session was engaging and encouraged students in learning tips on how to manage time and how to enhance their personality by effective time management. All the students were given an opportunity to work with each other as a team which was interesting.

Overall, the students were able to take part in a collaborative way and learn some valuable lessons. The programme concluded with Nikitha proposing a vote of thanks.
