World Conference on Multidisciplinary Research & Practices 2025 concludes successfully at SMVITM

Udupi, Jun 20: Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, in association with the Confworld Educational Research and Development Association (CERADA), successfully hosted the World Conference on Multidisciplinary Research and Practices (WCMRP 2025) on June 19 and 20.

Organized in collaboration with the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST), Philippines, the global academic event further strengthened international academic partnerships and fostered cross-border knowledge exchange.

The two-day conference served as a dynamic platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and collaborative research, encompassing a wide spectrum of domains including Engineering, Management, Science, Social Sciences, Education, and Health Sciences.

The event featured distinguished plenary speakers, comprising globally recognized researchers and industry leaders, who delivered thought-provoking talks on emerging topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Educational Innovation, and Healthcare Advancements.

Conducted in a hybrid mode, the conference attracted active participation from scholars and professionals across India, the Philippines, Malaysia, Nigeria, and other nations. The seamless integration of online and offline sessions ensured inclusive and engaging participation for all.

Interactive Q&A sessions facilitated meaningful exchanges between presenters and participants, further enriching the academic discourse.

Notably, Dr Sudarshan Rao K, dean – Quality Assurance, served as a session speaker, while Dr Nagaraja Bhat, dean – Academics, took on the role of session chair. Faculty members from SMVITM also presented their research findings, contributing to the conference’s multidisciplinary scope and scholarly impact.

SMVITM faculty Dr Ravindra H J, Sowmya Bhat, and Ganesh S Shetty were presented with the Best Paper Award. Swathi received the Best Presentation Award, and Ajesh was honored with the Best Innovative Project Award.
