Mangaluru, Jun 17: Dr Meena Lobo conducted a insightful counselling session for first-year PU students, focusing on successful transformation from childhood to young adulthood.

Key topics included:

- Academic stress management
- Decision-making
- Mental health
- Social adjustment
- Overcoming low self-esteem
- The impact of social media comparisons
- Mobile addiction

Dr Lobo emphasised holistic well-being through healthy lifestyle choices. She also addressed sensitive issues like POCSO, encouraging openness despite social stigma.

The programme was witnessed by principal Sr Norine D'Souza, vice principal Sr Janet Sequeira, Abhaya coordinator Dr Tressie Menezes, faculty members, and first PUC students.
