Udupi, Jun 9: The new academic year of St Mary’s English School, Kannarpady was inaugurated with great enthusiasm on June 2.
The day began with a warm welcome for new students, featuring engaging puppets and mascots.
The formal ceremony commenced with a prayer service led by the teachers' choir. Newly appointed teachers and admitted students were cordially welcomed and introduced to the school community.
Principal Fr Vijay Joyson D'Souza, in his message, outlined the school's rules and regulations and provided an overview of the curriculum plans for the year. He extended his best wishes for a successful and fulfilling academic year.
Dapsy Vaz anchored the ceremony. Vice principal Rita Quadros and staff were present.
The event marked the beginning of a year of learning, growth, and achievement.
