Mumbai, May 11: Singer Shreya Ghoshal has announced the postponement of her much-awaited Mumbai concert, originally scheduled for May 10, 2025, citing the current tense situation between India and Pakistan.
Taking to Instagram, the celebrated artist shared a heartfelt note with her fans:
“With a heavy heart, I want to share that my homecoming concert in Mumbai, part of the All Hearts Tour, will be postponed due to the current events unfolding in our beloved country.”
Ghoshal emphasized that this decision was driven by a sense of national solidarity and respect for the ongoing developments.
“This concert means the world to me… but as an artiste and a citizen, I feel a deep responsibility to stand with the nation during this time.”
Reassuring her fans, she clarified:
“This is not a cancellation, just a postponement. We will come together again — soon and stronger.”
Ghoshal’s decision follows a series of high-profile cancellations and postponements amid national security concerns and serves as a reminder of the collective spirit artists often uphold in moments of national crisis.
