Mayawati Sacks Three More Ministers

Lucknow, Dec 28: Three more ministers were relinquished from their office by Chief Minister Mayawati on Wednesday.

The list includes Minister of state (Independent charge) Additional energy Akbar Hussain and Minister of state, Science and Technology Yashpal Singh. Another Chandradev Ram Yadav was removed following indictment by Lokayukta.

Till now the list of dropped ministers stands at 13 with the state going to poll within two months.

Previous casualties were Minister of Higher Education Dr Rakesh Dhar Tripathi, Minister of Agriculture Education  Rajpal Tyagi, Minister of State (independent charge) Avdhesh Kumar Verma and Minister of State for Home Guards Hari Om Upadhaya.

Lokayukta heat resulted in the removal of Badshah Singh, Rangnath Mishra, Awadh Pal Singh Yadav, Subhash Pandey and Ratan lal Ahirwal.

Two more Babu Singh Kushwaha and Anant Kumar Mishra were removed following NRHM scam and murder of health officials.
