Four Killed in Delhi Warehouse Fire

New Delhi, Nov 13 (IANS): Four people were burnt to death and two critically injured when a warehouse in central Delhi caught fire Sunday morning, an official said.

The fire broke out in the warehouse on Asaf Ali Road. Eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the blaze was doused after an hour, according to the official.

"Four people, including a woman, were charred to death. Two more were rushed to Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital (LNJP) where they were reported to be in critical condition," a fire official said.

Officials suspect an electrical short-circuit could have caused the fire. Police are investigating.
