Udupi, Apr 1: Kishan Hegde Kolkebailu has been appointed as the new president of Udupi district Congress by the AICC general secretary K C Venugopal.

The appointment was official declared on Monday, April 1.

Kishan Hegde Kolkebailu was recently appointed as the district Congress working president.
