Mangaluru: 'Konkani Folklore and Future' national seminar to be held at Milagres College on Mar 26

Mangaluru, Mar 25: Mangalore University Konkani Adhyayana Peeta and Milagres College Mangalore will be organizing a day-long national seminar on ‘Konkani Folklore and Future’ on March 26, at Milagres College.

Dr P L Dharma, vice chancellor Mangalore University will be the inaugurator and chief guest for the programme. The key note address will be given by Wilson Pinto, Konkani folk activist, Mumbai. Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, correspondent, Milagres College will be presiding over the programme. 

The conference will be having two technical sessions on ‘Konkani Christian Folklore and Future’ and ‘Konkani GSB Folklore and Future’.

The inaugural ceremony will be held at 9.30 am in the college auditorium.
