Mangaluru: Srinivas University organizes workshop on personality development

Mangaluru, Mar 20: Srinivas University, Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management, organized the workshop on personality development, capacity building and skill enhancement for the students of BBA logistics and supply chain management and BBA port, shipping management and logistics students from March 15 to 18. Over 400 Students from different sections got the benefits of this session.

The resource person Chaitanya Inamdar is an image consultant, certified NLP practitioner and soft skills trainer. She emphasised the importance of personality, body language, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.

Through her interactive session she made students understand how soft skills are important in a competitive world. A well-developed personality can help individuals build better relationships, make positive impressions, and achieve success in one’s career.

This programme was organized under the guidance of Dr Sonia Noronha, dean, Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management (IPSLM), Prof Nelson Pereira, HOD, BBA logistics and supply chain management and Prof Sagar Srinivas, HOD, BBA port, shipping management and logistics, Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management (IPSLM).

Prof Sangeetha and Prof Pavithra Puthran, management forum coordinators, Institute of Port Shipping and Logistics Management (IPSLM) organized this event.
