Mangaluru, Mar 10: "Workshops help expedite the personality development. The proper guidance and grace of trained teachers will surely make influence in future career of students," Prof B Jayakara Bhandhary opined on the occasion of Women’s Day celebration in the college. He was addressing the students of the college on the occasion of Women’s Day 2024.

A workshop on interpersonal relationship building, effective communication skills and issues of interrelationship among college students was organised by the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) in the college on March 9 on behalf of Women’s Day 2024.

The programme was carried out by resource person from You Matter Counseling Center, Mangaluru. The president and members of ICC, IQAC co-coordinator, and faculties of various departments were present.

The winners of essay and poster competitions held on the theme ‘Gender Sensitization-Issues and Challenges’ were felicitated. The final BSc students managed the event. About 120 students of the college were given on-line participation certificates.
