Udupi's social workers Ravi Katpady, Ishwar Malpe felicitated at Ayodhya Ram Mandir

Udupi, Mar 6: Ishwar Malpe and Ravi Katpadi who have been indulging in selfless social work at Udupi were felicitated by Vishwaprasanna Theertha Sripada of Udupi Pejawar math by presenting Ayodhya Mandalotsava award.

Pejawar Shree had sponsored felicitation to those who extended helping hand to the poor and the needy in their hometown, during the 48-day long Mandalotsava to Sri Ramachandra deity of Ayodhya. Likewise, Udupi based Ishwar Malpe and Ravi Katpady were felicitated and presented silver pots offered at the temple considering their social work.

Both of them were handed over prasadam during the Pallakki festival in the evening and the work of the social workers was praised.

Former MLA K Raghupati Bhat, Vishnu Acharya, Krishna Bhat, Srinivas Prasad Mysuru, Vasudev Bhat Perampalli, former councillor Mahesh Thakur and Suvardhan Nayak were present.
