Kundapur, Mar 1: District BJP president Kishore Kumar Kundapur said that law and order has failed in the state due to administrative failure of the ruling Congress party.

During the press conference held at the BJP district office on Friday, March 1, Kishore stated, "The Congress, which came to power promising guarantees, has failed to fulfill those promises and has deceived the people of Karnataka. It has not prioritized the state's development and has focused only on appeasing a certain class of people. It is evident that the Congress follows an anti-national policy, as it has taken no action against individuals who raised pro-Pakistan slogans inside the Vidhana Soudha."

"As the Congress government has depleted the treasury in order to fulfill its promises and for advertising the same, the law and order situation in the state is deteriorating. Despite the state grappling with drought, the government has failed to take any meaningful action. Tragically, over 875 farmers have taken their own lives, and many more are migrating to urban areas in search of employment. However, the government remains indifferent," he said.

District chief secretaries Raghavendra Kini, Reshma Udaya Shetty, Dinakara Shetty Herga, vice president Kiran Kumar Bailoor, spokesperson Satish Shetty Mutlupadi, Vijayakumar Udyavara, chief of media Srinidhi Hegde and secretary of office Shivakumar Ambalpady were present.
