Mangaluru: YIASCM organizes baking workshop

Mangaluru, Feb 17: The department of hospitality science at the yenepoya institute of arts, science, commerce, and management (YIASCM) collaborated with Baker's Treat, Mangaluru, hosted baking workshop on February 17. The session took place in the bakery and confectionery lab at YIASCM's Balmatta campus. 

Mariam Mohiyudheen, the founder of Baker's Treat, Mangaluru, served as the resource person for the workshop, providing hands-on baking experience to over 25 participants. 

Mervin Jaison Vas, head of the department of hospitality science, extended gratitude to both the participants and the resource person. Following the session, certificates were distributed to acknowledge the participants' involvement.
