Kundapur, Jan 28: Public Works Department Minister, Satish Jarakiholi, emphasized the urgency of the Central government releasing Karnataka's share of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Minister Jarakiholi expressed concerns that the delay in disbursing these funds was impeding developmental projects within the state.

Addressing the media after attending a private event in Kundapur, Minister Jarakiholi stated, "Despite numerous pleas to the Centre to release Karnataka's GST share, the funds have not been received by the state so far. It is imperative that the Central government expedites this process. The timely allocation of the GST share will accelerate developmental initiatives in the state."
