Kundapura, Jan 22: Widespread celebrations were witnessed across the county today due to Prana Pathista of Lord Ramachandra at Ayodhya. Saffron flags and banners are being seen in every village and towns. Devotees of Lord Rama are conducting religious programmes in the name of Srirama.
Bus agents at Shastri circle here distributed through Shastri circle friends, Kheer and Payasam that were dear to Srirama and celebrated.
As many as 10,000 laddoos were distributed by Kundapura Rathabeedi Katte Friends. Hundreds of devotees were overjoyed by savoring the payasa. Special service was also held at the goshala.
Prayers and bhajans were held at Kumbhashi Anegudde Vinayaka Temple, Kundapura, Srirama Mandira temple, Byndoor taluk Uppunda Durgaparameshwari Temple Heranjalu and other places.
