Karkala: Confraternity Sunday, Eucharistic procession held at St Lawrence Basilica, Attur

Karkala, Jan 21: The Confraternity Sunday and Eucharistic procession, as part of annual feast of St Lawrence Basilica Attur was held on Saturday, January 20.

Parish priest of Nakre church, Fr Lewis D’Sa offered the mass. Rector and chief parish priest of St Lawrence Basilica Fr Alban D’Souza, assistant parish priest Fr Larry Pinto, spiritual priest Fr Roman Mascarenhas, Fr Sunil Capuchin, Fr Maxim Nazareth Capuchin and thousands of devotees participated.

The annual feast of Attur St Lawrence Basilica, Karkala will be held from January 22 to January 26. On January 22, the festive mass will be offered at 6 pm by retired bishop of Mangalore Diocese Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza.
