Mangaluru: Moral policing - Boy, girl attacked in Kadri park

Mangaluru, Jan 19: A girl aged 20 years, studying BSc Nursing had gone to Kadri park in the morning, along with her friend a boy aged 20 years, studying in a private nursing college.

At that time, three persons came and questioned them regarding their identities and purpose of visit.

They assaulted the boy, verbally abused both of them and took their photos and video.

Based on a complaint, a case has been registered in Mangaluru East PS Cr No 20/24 u/s 341,504,509, 354(b), 354(d) r/w 34 IPC against three persons Nithin (18), Harsha (18) and one more person aged 17 years.
