Bengaluru, Nov 28: The first look of prequel to Rishab Shetty-starrer ‘Kantara’, ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’ was unveiled on November 27. The shooting of the movie is expected to begin soon.
The film will be produced by Hombale films much like the previous venture. The makers will kick off the principal photography for the film in December, and the rest of the cast will be announced in due time.
The blockbuster 'Kantara' had beautifully portrayed the rich culture of Tulunadu, showcasing elements like Daivaradhane and offering glimpses of the exhilarating sport of Kambala. The blockbuster movie garnered immense popularity, increasing the pride of Kannadigas worldwide.
With its phenomenal success, 'Kantara' had crossed the impressive mark of Rs 400 crore in global box office collections.
