Mangaluru: District-level Lions Singing Stars competition held

Mangaluru, Nov 20: Lions Singing Stars programme was held at Lion Seva Mandir in the city recently. As many as 130 members participated in the competition and exhibited their talent through singing songs.

In the stage programme, Apeksha Pai and Tanshree who have made great achievements in the singing field were felicitated with certificates and Rs 5000 in cash.

Lion district governor Ln Dr Melwin D’Souza couple, chief convener of the programme Ln Simon Lobo, deputy convener, district cabinet member, district Leo president Dr Ranjita Shetty and vice district governor Ln Aravind Shenoy were present as the chief advisor.

Regional level Antakshari competition was conducted successfully by Ln Kumble Narasimha Prabhu.
