Sandalwood Actors Ganesh, Bhama Injured while Shooting

Munnar (Kerala) Aug 1: Kannada actors Ganesh of 'Mungaru Male' fame and co-star Bhama have been injured on a set while shooting.

Sources said that while shooting for a fight scene, broken glass pieces entered Ganesh's eyes. It is not exactly known whether the pieces harmed the eyes or pierced just below the eyes.

Bhama also injured her nose in the freak accident, it is learnt. Both actors have been admitted to a hospital in Munnar.

The duo was shooting for the Kannada movie 'Shailu'.

Initial reports said that the injury was not a major one, but could affect the shooting schedule for the next few days.

The movie is produced by K Manju and directed by S Narayan.
