Chennai, Jul 19: While the shooting date for superstar Rajinikanth's 'Rana' is not scheduld until September, co-star Deepika Padukone is said to have told him that she would join the shoot whenever he was ready.
A source said that the actress has been flooded with offers from Tamil cinema after she signed 'Rana'. But she has decided to stay committed to Rajinikanth.
“Deepika has assured the superstar that she would be there to shoot whenever he’s ready to do so,” said the source.
It is learnt that superstar Rajinikanth was asked to spend more time to recover in Singapore, but he refused to stay there any longer as he missed his home, friends and fans.
A source close to Rajinikanth said that he himself had insisted on returning home to his family, friends and not to forget fans!
