Jind, July 16 (IANS) Nineteen people, including nine girls, were arrested as a sex racket was busted, Haryana Police said Saturday.
A trap was laid to arrest the accused people from Rekson hotel in Krishna Colony here late Friday, said Ashok Kumar, Jind district police chief.
"We have arrested 19 people, including nine girls. We have also arrested the hotel owner. All of them are in early twenties and residents of nearby villages and towns," he said.
"Most of the accused were found in compromising positions," he said.
They will be presented before the court later Saturday, he added.
