Houseful attendance for Tulu movie ‘Circus’ world premiere in Dubai, Sharjah

Dubai/Sharjah, May 29: The grand premiere of Roopesh Shetty’s Tulu movie ‘Circus’ was held in Dubai and Sharjah in various theaters. The shows witnessed houseful audience. The Abu Dhabi premiere will be held on June 3.

Roopesh Shetty, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT and Season 9 and also the director of blockbuster ‘Girgit’, is the lead hero and director of ‘Circus’. The movie was very well appreciated and received by the Dubai and Sharjah audience.

Within a small span of time, Sandhya Creations Overseas Movies headed by Shodhan Prasad and his team was able to successfully create an organized platform for the grand world premiere with more than 1,000 Tuluva audience happily witnessing the shows in theaters across UAE. Sandhya Creations Overseas Movies have always presented best movies to the Tulu and Konkani audiences in the UAE.

The first premiere was held at Novo Megaplex Cinema in Ibn Batuta Mall wherein a jam-packed Tuluva audience poured in to witness the inauguration with a traditional lamp lighting with guests Joseph Mathias who is an actor, singer and businessman, and actor-director Roopesh Shetty. Actor-choreographer Naveen Shetty, actor Roshan Shetty and some other dignitaries were present during the inauguration which was opened by Shodhan Prasad of Sandhya Creations Overseas Movies.

The audiences flocked in and enjoyed great moments with Roopesh Shetty. The show went on well and the audience review was successfully captured.

From Ibn Batuta after the show, the team travelled to Galleria Cinema in Hyatt Regency in Shindaga which was already declared houseful a few days ago. The audience cheered and welcomed Roopesh Shetty and his team. Guests Dr Frank Fernandez, businessman and producer of various Tulu, Kannada, and Konkani movies inaugurated the event with other guests with the traditional lighting of the lamp.

From Galleria, the team rushed to Sahara Centre Novo Cinema where the inauguration was held and various dignitaries inaugurated the event and had a special opening.

After the opening at Sahara Centre, the team headed towards Dragon Mart, International City for the final release there. A houseful audience assembled there to meet and greet Roopesh Shetty.

The day’s final release in Dragon Mart at International City saw maximum number of Tuluvas. A jam-packed crowd thoroughly enjoyed the show.

Sandhya Creations Overseas Movies put their maximum effort to make the programme a grand success.

‘Circus’ is produced by Shoolin Films, Manjunath Attavar, and Mugrody Films. In addition to directing, Roopesh Shetty also plays the lead role alongside Rachana Rai, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Naveen D Padil, Sai Krishna, Umesh Mijar, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty, and Kannada film actor Yash Shetty, who is seem playing an important role in the movie.

Loy Valentine Saldanha has composed the music, and Prasanna Shetty Bailur, who gained fame for his work in 'Girgit,' has penned the dialogues. Naveen Shetty is the choreographer, Niranjan Das has captured the movie, and Rahul Vashishta is the editor.
