Sullia: Three injured after bike hits pedestrian, overturns

Sullia, May 29: A bike overturned after hitting a pedestrian at Iranthamajalu of Ajjavara village in the taluk on Sunday. Three people suffered injuries in the mishap.

Bhavanishankar of Mandekolu was going towards Sullia with his wife and two children on his bike.

He hit a pedestrian, who was walking by the roadside at Iranthamajalu, lost control of the bike and the vehicle overturned.

Bhavanishankar’s wife and children were injured. They were brought to the primary health centre at Sullia by locals. They are admitted to a private hospital in Mangaluru for advanced medical treatment.
